Psalm 46:10 “He says, ‘Be still, and
know that I am God; I will be
exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.’”
How amazing to know that God does not want anything
from us – He has everything already.
There is nothing that we can do for Him, we cannot do
anything without Him working through us.
The Maker and Creator of the Universe just invites us
to know Him. Not a surface level know
about Him. But, a deep and intimate understanding
and knowing Him.
One of my very favorite verses is Isaiah 43:10, it in
God calls out, “’You are my witnesses,’ declares the Lord, ‘and My servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me and understand that I
Am He.’”
During the hustle and bustle of life,
take the time to be still and get to
know God. It will be more than worth
it.
